A free, 20-minute consultation is available to help get a sense if our approach to helping is a good fit for your need.

Individual Therapy
We offer individual sessions for adults. This hour includes the 50 minute session and 10 minutes for resource and file management.
Payment is accepted via e-transfer or credit card: Visa or Mastercard. Direct billing through Alberta Blue Cross, Canada Life, Medavie Blue Cross and TELUS eClaims is available.
Sliding scale fees are available. Please contact us if you have questions if you qualify, and/or about direct billing to your insurance provider.
Workshop or Training Delivery
We have extensive experience in offering a range of workshops and training focused on supporting mental health and wellness. Please contact us if you have a workshop or training need. Fees for the design and/or delivery are based on our standard rate of $190/hr.
Policies and Cancellations
Respectful Behaviour: We are committed to treat you with respect and ask for the same in return. Disrespectful behaviour will be addressed and not be tolerated if it persists.
Appointment Commitment: This respect includes our commitment to show up for you. We reserve your appointment time for only you and so we ask for your commitment to show up during this time.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible and with 24 hours notice.
Cancellation Policy: All appointments that are not cancelled 24 or more hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be billed at a rate of 55% of the session cost ($104.50 for a $190 session). This is because there is insufficient time to arrange for another client to take this appointment. Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances, at our discretion.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not check into the online platform or who are unreachable via phone within 20 minutes of the appointment start time will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments will be billed at a rate of 55% of the session cost ($104.50 for a $190 session). Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances, at our discretion.
